Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. 

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the KidTalks website. When you register for the course, the  types of personal information collected  are: 

• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Credit/Debit Card information (not retained)

We also collect audience data (such as age, gender, and interests) using Google Analytics. We use audience data to better tailor our marketing to our consumers.

The Way We Use Information

The payment information you provide us when placing an order is used only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order (e.g. the processing of payment information through merchant services providers). We do not keep your payment information on file. All orders are processed securely through our third-party encryption service. Your phone number is kept in our records solely for the purpose of contacting you should we have a question about your order. We do not sell or otherwise share your phone number with outside parties. 

We use email addresses  to provide email enrollment confirmations, reminder emails, newsletter updates, surveys, and other KidTalks product offerings. You may elect to unsubscribe from our emails at any time (see below).  Email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not sold or otherwise shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals subscribe to our course or that Y number of subscribers visited a certain area on our website, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals or subscribers personally.

• Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

Cookies and Tracking

The KidTalks Academy  website uses cookies to determine whether visitors have been to our site before, to keep students logged in to certain areas of our website, to track where visitors go on our website and to track our marketing effectiveness. Our cookies do not create a security issue for your information.
